On jw2, a single account can maintain active sessions on up to 3 devices at the same time. The first time you log in on a new device, an OTP will be sent to your mobile — this helps prevent unauthorized access.
Change your password immediately and enable 2FA. Log out all unrecognized devices from the "Active Sessions" section. Then notify us at support@jw2.wine so our security team can assist you.
